Asbestos Disposal Regulations
The new Hazardous Waste Regulations 2005 require individual premises to register their sites and obtain an individual 'Premise Code' issued by the Environment Agency.
This code will be required before any waste is removed to a landfill site or transfer station.
If the site in question is not already registered we would be happy to arrange for this registration at your request.
